Solution Based Plumbing, Heating, and A/C continues to remain open in all service areas to support our community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are proud to be able to help homeowners with their plumbing and HVAC needs at this difficult time.
We have implemented more stringent protective and disinfection measures to protect the health of our valued customers, as well as that of our technicians and staff.
We are taking all necessary safety precautions, including:
- Reinforced and increased expectations for employee hand-washing and sanitizing
- Reinforced and increased sanitation measures before & after visiting a client’s home
- Use of hospital-grade antimicrobials and disinfectants on all trucks and equipment
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all technicians whenever entering a home or business, including masks and foot covers
- NOTE: Gloves encourage less than optimal hand sanitation. Proper hand sanitation will be observed and gloves used upon customer request. Please understand that gloves may need to be removed for the safe operation and inspection of moving tools and equipment.
- Preferred payment remains no contact check. Cards are also accepted as needed.
- Regular temperature checks on staff. If over 100.4, employees will remain off until normal.
- Frequent discussion and assessment of exposure risk with our staff
- Office staff oversight of all policies and procedures
